Contract Summary: Information Technology Enterprise Solutions - 2 Services (ITES-2S) is a multiple award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract vehicle. It is the Army's primary source of information technology (IT)-related services worldwide. The purpose of ITES-2S is to meet the Army's enterprise infrastructure and info-structure goals with a full range of innovative, world-class information technology support services and solutions at a reasonable price.

Working in partnership with the prime contractors, the U.S. Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) manages the contracts, in coordination with the Army Contracting Command (ACC), Information Technology, E-Commerce and Commercial Contracting Center (ITEC4). Through the use of ITES-2S, users have a flexible means of meeting IT service needs quickly, efficiently, and cost-effectively.

Ordering under the contracts is decentralized and is authorized to meet the needs of the Army, Department of Defense (DoD), and other federal agencies. Orders may be placed by any contracting officer from the aforementioned agencies. There is no fee to place orders against the ITES-2S contract.

Scope: ITES-2S solutions are categorized by Task Areas, which are further subdivided into sub-task areas to further define the scope of the task areas. This list is not considered to be inclusive of all sub-tasks within each task area. Task areas include (but are not necessarily limited to): Business Process Reengineering (BPR); Information Systems Security; Information Assurance; Information Technology Services; (CAD/CAE/CAM); Development; Software/Middleware Development; Enterprise Design, Integration, and Consolidation; Education/Training; Program/Project Management; Systems Operation and Maintenance; and Network Support.

  • Alliant is a multiple award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) GWAC (Government-wide Acquisition Contract) with a $50 billion program ceiling and a five-year base period (with one five-year option). All contract types are allowed: fixed price, cost reimbursement, labor hour, and time and materials.
  • Alliant's comprehensive IT services-based scope is directly aligned to the Federal Enterprise Architecture (FEA) and Department of Defense Enterprise Architecture (DoDEA), ensuring that emerging technologies will remain within scope over the life of the contract.

  • Contract Summary: The Veterans Technology Services (VETS) Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) was awarded as a small business set-aside contract for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVO) small technology firms. It was the result of Executive Order 13360 which was designed to strengthen federal contracting opportunities for SDVO firms. This vehicle is available for use by both Federal Civilian Agencies and the Department of Defense by virtue of the GSA's Executive Agent Designation from the Office of Management and Budget.
  • Scope: Includes cyber security, information assurance, virtualization, sustainability, health IT, cloud computing, IPv6, VoIP, and web 2.0.

  • Contract Summary: The Design and Engineering Services Program (DESP) III is a five-year multiple award IDIQ contract vehicle providing a broad range of engineering services in support of any system or subsystem within the Air Force or other DoD agencies. The contract ceiling amount is set at $1.9B. Efforts will be task order based with specific objectives that focus on improving system life cycle cost, operational life, performance, sustainment including maintainability and support, and safety and environmental friendliness.
